Allow teams to see Bot conversations

Even though view own chats feature we still need to be able to one way or another be able to scope out the bots or teams.

If “only see team members chats” enabled and one of the members in this group would like to jump in a conversation being handled by the Bot to improve the quality of service, then that’s impossible since the user “Bot” doesn’t belong to any team.

Have 3 suggestions:

• Under the “Chat visibility” configurations, add a checkmark for “Include Bot Chats” to allow everyone to see Bot’s chats.

• Allow Bot user to be added to teams so everyone on the team can view its chats.

• Per Bot object in Bot Builder, add a feature set roles to users or teams: “view all chats”, “view only assigned to me chats”, “view only assigned to my team chats”

I personally prefer 3rd option.
