We’ve introduced a new feature that restricts users in an account to view only their teammates’ chats on the live chat page.This ensures that team members can focus solely on their own conversations and those of their direct peers, without the distraction or access to other team members’ chats.By limiting unnecessary visibility, this feature strengthens data privacy, enhances focus, and prevents accidental access to sensitive information across teams.You can set it up by going to Settings → Live chat settings → Chat visibilityThe 3 options offered are:
Display all chats to everyone - No filtering of chats are applied
Display chats assigned to team members - All members of a team can see each others chats
Display only assigned chats - Only shows your chats
