Exporting Report of Conversations from Live Chat Section

Provision to export the reports of all conversations displayed in the live chat section, in excel or csv formats.

Following details to be included in the reports:

  1. Customer contact details like: name, email and phone number

  2. Customer Location

  3. Date and Time of Conversation

  4. Conversation Category: Assigned, Closed, Unassigned, etc.

  5. Bot on which the conversation took place

  6. Bot Channel

  7. Conversation Transcript

  8. Agent chats

  9. Rest other details displayed in a conversation on the live chat screen
