We have revamped our ‘FAQ Builder’, now called ‘AI Studio’. With this huge update, we are reimagining how AI bots are built. In WotNot, every AI function used inside the bot builder will require an AI model. AI model is nothing but an intelligent knowledge base that is trained with certain data. An AI model can be trained in 3 ways:From URLJust enter a domain, and the AI model will automatically train itself from all the pages listed on that domain. The AI model on this method is trained using ChatGPT APIs form OpenAI.The training barely takes about a few minutes to complete. From FilesUpload a list of files (.docx, pdf, csv, excel) and the AI model will automatically train itself from all the content present inside these files. The AI model on this method is trained using ChatGPT APIs form OpenAI.From IntentThis is our legacy method of AI model creation which was earlier called FAQ Builder. Here, you would be training the bot by creating intents and adding utterances to them. This model is built by WotNot.
