Adding live chat transcripts to knowledge base
Since releasing the ‘Generate response’ feature, we realised that it is equally important to add all historical conversations a agent has with the users to knowledge base as well.
With this, we will provide support for users to choose to add conversations handled by specified teammates to the knowledge base for better and accurate responses from the AI.
