Everytime where would be a Slack notification through WotNot, it always included a ‘Join conversation’ button. The idea was that anyone would convert that notification into a conversation if needed, to push the lead towards closure.
However, in some cases, we found that this was not applicable. Hence, we’re making this function optional with this update.
